Whitefish is more than just where I live it’s where the vision for Flyboard of Montana first took flight. Launching on the waters of Whitefish Lake and Flathead Lake, this mountain town became the foundation for Montana’s premier flyboard experience and the place I proudly call home.

Starting Flyboard of Montana in 2012 changed everything for me. It proved that I could build a brand, grow a successful business, and create real value all while doing what I genuinely love. Flyboard of Montana was built on the idea that passion and purpose can work together, turning adrenaline-filled fun into a sustainable and thriving career.
​
As the first flyboard company in the state, Flyboard of Montana introduced an entirely new watersport to Montana at a time when flyboarding was rapidly gaining global momentum. What began as an emerging trend quickly evolved into a recognized professional watersport, and Flyboard of Montana was proud to lead that movement locally from day one.

Flyboard of Montana has now influenced numerous watersport and leisure and recreational activities throughout Montana and the surrounding states and has jump started the watersport industry in Montana as a whole, bringing together families and communities having fun on our lakes and shorelines once again, getting people outside, active and excited about visiting.

After the rapid growth of Flyboard of Montana, we began seeing bookings roll in from across the region, especially from North Dakota. Recognizing that strong demand, we expanded beyond Montana and brought the flyboard experience to Bismarck, North Dakota, launching operations on the legendary Missouri River.

That expansion led to the creation of Hydroflight Sports in 2014, just two years after Flyboard of Montana was established. Building on the proven success of Flyboard of Montana, Hydroflight Sports quickly gained traction, delivering the same high-energy, professional flyboard experiences to North Dakota riders.
​
With both Flyboard of Montana and Hydroflight Sports operating at full capacity, the brand continued to grow. In 2015, Hydroflight Sports was successfully sold to a passionate new owner and proudly became the first official affiliate partner of Flyboard of Montana, marking the beginning of a broader network.
​
Hydroflight Sports is still currently a successful business that can be found on the shores of the Missouri River in North Dakota.

​Today, Hydroflight Sports remains a thriving watersports business on the shores of the Missouri River in Bismarck, North Dakota, a testament to the strong foundation and expanding influence that began with Flyboard of Montana.

FLYBOARD OF PLAYACAR
Vacationing in Playa del Carmen, Mexico every year for over seven years gave me a new perspective on the global potential of flyboarding. After two years of planning, building relationships, and researching the best opportunities, Flyboard Playacar was launched in 2017. Today, we operate on the shores of the Iberostar Resort and are preparing to establish a permanent presence at a second world-class location with the Barceló Hotel Group, two of the most renowned resorts in the region.

Success seems to follow closely behind Flyboard of Montana, as Flyboard Playacar marks our first international expansion and the beginning of franchising our flyboard experiences to the sandy shores of Mexico.
​
Playa del Carmen and Playacar have grown into some of the premier tourist destinations of the Riviera Maya, offering world-class hospitality, culinary experiences, and leisure activities in the central Mexican Caribbean. Flyboard Playacar has quickly become one of the “must-do” experiences in the area, delivering high-energy, unforgettable adventures to both locals and visitors in the Mexican Riviera.
